Mixologist behind bar, but not tending it, unavailable for orders

The mixologist bug is not fixed contrary to what forum is saying. They can't be clicked to serve drink, but only to talk with them. As well as the bar. The bug is occuring in the cocktail bar of Oasis Springs for the moment. I play with just a few packs activated and MCCC.

Please use this thread if your Sims stay behind the bar and start socializing/idle interactions. This will make the interactions temporarily disappear. In my case they always came back after a short while.

I'm wondering if they just put in a time-out instead of making the option be available all the time.

Same here. I was playing without mods in an existing save. It took three attempts to order a drink for my Sim to get one, and after it was served, the game hiccuped. All actions of every patron in the bar were reset.

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

Did you test a new save or is this an existing one ?

After the update, the bartender still does not fulfill orders. These are canceled and instead tricks are performed or NPCs are spoken to. (PC/Windows)
