Do you own the pack or not ?
Have you tried a clean user folder and a game repair yet ?
If you're referring to Cottage Living yes, I own the pack.
I have tried all troubleshooting steps.
The weird thing is that on your screenshot, the option for Fresh ingredients doesn't show, only for prepped Ingrediens so the game thinks it's enabled for whatever reason.
Does it happen in a new save too ?
