Moving sims causes negative household funds

If I move a household either via the phone or manage worlds to a lot that their household has the funds for, upon load-in, the sims have negative household funds and receive the rosebud achievement.  Happens across multiple saves.  Have uninstalled/reinstalled, updated, and repaired the game to no avail.

  • Could you please provide the following information

    -  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

  • No mods/CC (ever), vanilla only.  Seemingly only happens with households placed from my library/the gallery.  Ex: new game/save, replace a household with a household from the gallery (even one that the glitch didn't occur in), move into the first lot after moving out of CAS, no issue.  Go to move that household either via the phone or manage worlds, and the glitch occurs.

  • I just experienced this when I moved my household, however my sims didn't have enough funds to buy the new lot without the value of their current lot added in (they did have enough funds with the value of their current lot).  Since they did have enough funds to buy the new lot with the included value of their existing lot the game let me move however when they got to their new home they had negative funds. They also got the rosebud achievement as noted in the original report.

I had saved just before moving so I was able to exit without saving and I used cheats to add the value of the house and furnishings they were selling to their funds before they moved which helped avoid the issue with negative funds. I expect if a household has enough funds without the value of their current lot you wouldn't necessarily notice it.

I'm playing on Windows 10, have all the packs and kits and my mods folder was out.

    Funds before they moved

Funds with the value of the lot they are moving from vs the value of the lot they are moving to:

Negative funds after the household moved:

The negative amount is close to their beginning funds less the value of the new lot, but it's off by a bit (starting funds of 16,161 - value of new lot 20,813 = -4,652, I'm wondering if the difference is the value of the lights which was all the 'furniture' that was left in the old house, I had put everything else in their household inventory).

I attach my last exception report (with the xml version note removed).

Here's my save with the household right before they moved in case it's needed. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZU-BhbYtTDH_sW3_AuEtPAdBgLcCogJJ/view?usp=sharing
