Muscle tone not properly displaying in CAS and live mode

I have been getting my two adult sims to workout and having been doing so for multiple in game weeks, their bodies look the exact same in game but as soon as I enter CAS they're suddenly jacked. I'm on console btw so no mods or CC

After the 3rd February 2026 update my sims CAS muscle mass does not match live mode. Also, when I change the body mass in CAS this change is not reflected within live mode.

For some reason, I am only able to have the change in CAS reflected in live mode if I also change my sims hair style.

On top of this, say if I only change the hair for certain outfit categories (e.g. swimwear) then the change in muscle mass is only reflected in live mode on that particular outfit so my sim would have different body masses on each outfit category depending on which outfits hair has been changed.

I removed all mods and CC. I also repaired the Sims 4. The problem still occurs.

I am a PC player (laptop).

After some update or addon, the body in the game is not the same as in cas. I want the same as in the cas, but in the game it is very muscular or not at all! I'm really upset that my Sim can't have his previous body. Heeelp!
