Issue Description:
When selling a mushroom plant directly in Build Mode (by clicking on the plant in Build/Buy and selecting "Sell," or by deleting the plant while in Build Mode), the plant has a value of §0. The player receives no Simoleons for selling the plant. In contrast, all other plants (e.g., strawberry, tomato, carrot, etc.) sell for §15 when sold in Build Mode.
Expected Behavior:
Mushroom plants should have a consistent sell value in Build Mode, comparable to other standard plants. Other plants sell for §15 when sold directly from Build Mode, and mushroom plants should follow the same pattern. Alternatively, if mushroom plants are intended to have a different value, they should at least have a non-zero sell price.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Place a mushroom plant (from the Gardening category) on the lot.
- Click on the mushroom plant in Build Mode.
- Select "Sell" (or delete the plant and observe the refund amount).
- Note the Simoleons received.
- Repeat the process with any other plant (e.g., strawberry, tomato, snapdragon).
- Compare the sell values.
Actual Result:
- Mushroom plant: Sells for §0.
- All other plants: Sell for §15.
The mushroom plant has no monetary value when sold in Build Mode .
Additional Notes:
- The issue is specific to Build Mode selling of the plant object itself, not the harvestables.
- In live mode, mushroom harvestables can be sold for §4 each, which is consistent with their listed value .
- This appears to be a data entry or tuning error where the mushroom plant object's base value was set to §0 instead of matching other plants.
Impact:
Minor economic inconsistency. Players who decide to remove mushroom plants from their lots in Build Mode receive no refund, unlike all other plants. This may discourage players from using mushroom plants in landscaping or garden designs if they know they cannot recoup any value when removing them. The inconsistency also breaks expected behavior for players who assume all plants sell for the same amount in Build Mode.
