[MWS] [LD] Guests not wearing formal/specified attire at wedding/funeral

When choosing wedding attire for guests, it only gives two options: Boho or Polished. There should be more options, and the ability to choose between Everyday, Formal, Party, etc.

If no option is chosen, Sims are supposed to come in their formalwear, but instead they come in randomly generated outfits. 

At the least, please fix so Sims arrive in their formalwear.

    Same! I have all of my Sims elope and gave up on my grand Ton weddings because the guests were showing up in their bathrobes and hospital gowns. Please fix this so I can use my beautiful formal outfits again!

    I’m having the same issue. Today I had a wedding where the father of the groom showed up in a white wedding dress (rude) and his grandmother was dressed as a grungy teenager. The rest of the guests wore robes or caterer outfits. It took half the wedding to ask everyone to change clothes. 
    I play on Mac and have never used mods or CC.

    My Sims wore weird clothing during a customized wedding ceremony instead of a formal outfit. I used Mods as usual. Is there a way to fix this bug?

    • Fixed cases when Funeral Guests would wear random outfits or work outfits (whichever they had last worn) to the Funeral event when no outfit was selected. Sims should now wear more appropriate outfits.
    • Fixed cases when Wedding Guests would wear random outfits or work outfits (whichever they had last worn) to the wedding event when no outfit was selected. Sims should now wear more appropriate outfits.

    Fixed in Patch 1.119.109/2.23
