My Fairy sims go out to complete event, then after go home, game crash.

My fairy sims travel to other lot and complete the event/quest. Then, when i try to use self-interaction "Go home", or click the home icon at the sims picture at the bottom, or use "Travel" in phone and select my lot. All attempts failed. Everytime when it try to load my home lot and a big Sims 4 icon spinning with various game tips switching, the game will crash there definitely. Even I have tried to go to another lot and go home from there, it will crash. Go to other lot ok, but as long as go home and while waiting the game to load my home. It willl crash.
