My Sims Can't Take Pregnancy Tests

I know my sim is pregnant because I use MCCC and I can see that she's pregnant, but there is no option to take a pregnancy test. I also have removed all mods from my game to see if it was a mod that ...

Hi AllisonMarieSims did all those pregnancies start while you had mods in or did you try one on a fresh save that never had mods/cc ?

Also did you update for today's patch yet ?
