[NCQE] Nature soundscapes wakes sim up

me too lm trying to complete it and l don't have the station. 

Selecting 'turn on' vs 'listen to' worked for me.

Initially this worked. When this quest was first available ( before the last recent patch just before EBN came out) I put  the station on and then went to sleep. Worked fine. I even got the special moodlet for it.  So it checked off. Now I've opened the game again and with the same sim, in the same bed, if I turn it on now ( even if they're already sleeping) they immediately woke up. 
Like they always do when music is on. It seems like this was temporary disabled for the event and now it won't work anymore. And maybe didn't turn off correctly with some people leading to being unable to complete it. 
You can still see the moodlet here that went with the event. So for me it worked ( for just a while) , but maybe it's what is broken for others. I've now installed the latest update, maybe they removed it in that? 

Sims keep being woken up, I play PS4, no mods (can you do mods on PS4?). I have exited the entire game and reset and it still won't work

this is happening to me as well. It worked for the quest and let me sleep while it was on. Later though, when I sent my sim to sleep she constanly woke up and I was so confused since I thought this station was supposed to let them listen while sleeping. I tought it was just possible once for the event maybe, but I guess its a bug after all

Did you figure it out? I finally figured out that I had to go claim the items and then the station was available. lol 🤣

I will also report the same initial issue (Sim can go to sleep with the station playing, but then immediately wakes up due to the radio being on). I did get the Sleep Score Savant moodlet during the very brief time the Sim was asleep, and I was able to move forward in the timed event, but it seems like the station is not working properly due to Sims not being able to sleep with the station on for more than a few instants.

I cannot complete the Symphony of Serenity quest. Cannot complete sleep with the nature soundscapes radio station in the same room. My sim keeps waking up. I have changed the radios, the beds, the rooms, repaired, and restarted the game and it still won’t work.

If you have a noise-maker turned on in the same room as a sleeping sim they will wake up immediately. 
If you post the exact wording of the quest I may be able to help.
