Negotiate a bonus/promotion not doing anything

I’m also having this issue on PC!

I’m also having this issue on PS4. No icon even appears in the queue at all, just plain nothing. All that time grinding Charisma for nothing.

I'm having this same issue.  I play on Xbox,  so it's completely vanilla. The game is bugged.

Same here, and happened with the new lost legacies event update. Following.... 🙂‍↕️

The game is just broken forever? All of our $ just went in the garbage? 

having this problem too on an umodded game

My Sims has 10 charisma skill, and job level 6. The negotiate for a promotion option is available on the phone, but when I clicked on it, nothing happened. For references, all the other options there worked (e.g. quit a job, call in sick etc). 

I did play with Mods, but even after removing all the mods, the problem still persisted.

Just backing up what everyone else said here, including that this became an issue directly after the update. 

I have the same problem. I don't use mods or cc, I've cleared my cache and repaired my game, it happens (or rather, DOESN'T happen) across all Sims in all saves. I select negotiate bonus and...nothing happens. They don't try to use the phone and it doesn't appear in their queue or anything.
