I've been through this for the first time.
After downloading three rented homes from the gallery in 50x40 lots of Newcrest Twin Oracle, it happened. I spent hours decorating three rental houses. I made a save when I finished all of them and went to the world, but after 15 minutes of waiting for the loading screen, I saved it!
BUT The lot looks empty and transparent, and when I try to get into build mode, I only see endless loading scree.
After forcing the game to end, reload the save file, In the world, it still looked transparent. In play mode, living in the lot next to it, I can see the Twin Oracle Rent House, but if I try to visit, can't get out of the loading screen again. So I decided to revert the save file before placing the lot. I worked hard to change the interior... I wasted my time 🫠
