Neighbourhood Loading screen/Game not working

After my game updated I am able to load my game to play, however upon loading the home screen contains a random family i have not created. Then when i proceed to go onto my saved games, it will continue to load to the neighbourhood screen repeatedly. I have repaired the game, deleted old saves and mods, as well as uninstalled the game. None of these things have fixed this issue. I am a long time user and disappointed it has been multiple weeks of this issues occurring and not being resolved. Please assist me if able
