I've also got this issue. Also the knitted item unlocks are showing twice in CAS when not filtering by unlocked; one is locked, one is unlocked. The latter doesn't seem to connect with the menu when choosing a wearable item that has been added to the wardrobe. Playing on PC with mods/CC, but have turned these off to check on multiple saves and mods/CC do not affect this issue.
