old saved games wont show unlocked in knitting since todays update, even tried a new game same thing. no mods on I'm on PlayStation 5 I started a new game to see if maybe it was old saved games,...

I'm having this issue currently. Knitted items, when added to wardrobe, don't unlock. It lets me keep adding the same item multiple times and seems to unlock the item in CAS (I think) but not the knitting project selection screen.
Relatedly -- I'm having another, similar problem where the Festival of Youth (SE) outfits aren't unlocking and my sims won't change into them. It let me spend the $150 repeatedly to no avail.
I'm on Mac, no mods, no CC.
