[EBN] No 'Deliver Item' option for Plants Lie Here Fable

I am playing on Mac, I have all expansion packs except Adventure Awaits, all Game Packs, and all Stuff Packs except Luxury Party.  

I acquired the aura petals, when I click on the Mystical Fairy and click on the friendly and then Stories option there is no option to deliver the petals.

This started with a few updated mods (UI Cheats, Ms Sam's More Woodworking mod, and Xmlinjector), so I shut down, removed the mods, repaired the game, restarted my computer and game, and still had the same problem.  So now I'm re-adding the mods so I can cheat to get through this.
