So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran ...

I'm having this same issue. It appears that when my male sim initiates the try for baby, my female sim is unable to test for pregnancy, but if my female sim initates, then she can test. I am also seeing an issue where if a pregnancy happened through a male-initiated try for baby, then the pregnant sim does not show her belly, but does waddle. She also is not able to do the normal banned activities during pregnancy, but the male sim still gets the ability to try for baby with her even though she is pregnant according to CAS.
