So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran ...

I am having this issue as well. I figured it was mod related as I'm a heavy mod user, but interesting to see it is happening without mods as well. There is no option to take pregnancy test when clicking the toilet after woohoo or try for a baby or other mod options. Like this on more than one save as well. I even tried to cheat a pregnancy with MCCC and it wouldn't work.
