No Pregnancy test to take & other pregnancy issues

I tested this in my own gameplay on a residential lot and I don't use CC or Mods. The pregnancy test option only seems available while the father sim is on the current lot, it doesn't appear when he's not (I sent him on a sit-in skill class), but it used to appear regardless of his presence or absence prior to the patch update. I also found that while the mother sim is pregnant the option to 'try for baby' still appears for her when this usually doesn't, as she's already expecting. I wanted to share my findings, as the option for the test is still more or less there, and I hope that this issue will soon be resolved.
