So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran ...

I am also having this issue and my sim's pregnancy is not progressing. There are no indications of 1st trimesster, 2nd trimester... Pregnancy is pretty much broken at this point.
