So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran ...

I do use mods and have a current pregnant sim, I use wonderful whims which is up to date as of 7/5/2025 (today)and twisted mexi better expectation which is a ui scanner. when I log in, travel, come out of cas, after every loading screen, etc i get the " one build mode item was removed" then ui scanner triggers and scans and tells me its the pregnancy test object. so there that.

- the enchanted by nature patch made some questionable decision and removed the pregnancy object state from sims. you can think of it as pregnancy status, those pregnancy status used to tell the game what trimester a sim is in, and whether or not they are pregnant or in labor etc. And after the patch came out the objects states/pregnancy status are simply removed for some reason unknown to mankind.
Even without the mod issues are still in game. Ie "experience missing interactions related to pregnancy and birth". Not just the ability to test.
