So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran ...

Same problem occurred to me (pregnancy tests not showing up or sim is taking test and after that even if sim is pregnant there's no notification about test being positive or preg-buff) but I happened to have some other problems in the same area - Sims can't enter the bathtub cause it says "pregnant sims can't do that" even if they're not pregnant and children trying to do joga (child stage not even a teen) - "pregnant sims can't do it".
