I have the same issue. According to Lumpinou this seems to be a bigger issue. She provides a mod fix here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/warning-fix-new-133139914 but for me it's not working. But it should, so you could try it.
Since this is a deeper issue and other tunings depend on a functioning pregnancy system, I would advise anyone to not update to the latest patch or wait until this has been fixed by EA. We know by now that this can take months, but just be aware that this is a more serious bug.
