So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran ...

I am having this same issue as well with and without mods; on new clean save. Except in addition to no option to take pregnancy test, on my saves created before the patch, the TFB option has disappeared completely. Only woohoo option is available. This is with and without mods, moving sims 4 folder out of documents and back in.
I have all EPs, SPs, GPs, & kits except the menswear one, which I can't remember the name of.
On my new save created after patching, my sim has TFB option, however like others she cannot take pregnancy test regularly. On some of my tests, the option came up MANY sim hours later, however on others it didn't come up at all but she popped the belly and got the eating for two moodlet.
