No Pregnancy test to take & other pregnancy issues

• the enchanted by nature patch made some questionable decision and removed the pregnancy object state from sims. you can think of it as pregnancy status, those pregnancy status used to tell the game what trimester a sim is in, and whether or not they are pregnant or in labor etc. And after the patch came out the objects states/pregnancy status are simply removed for some reason unknown to mankind.
• This is causing all kinds of issues in game where people can't take pregnancy tests, can't progress their pregnancy, cant try for baby, etc.

Thanks to this I have sims who are now forever with-child. None of them have progressed in the DAYS of playing and one has been stuck on 3rd trimester at ??? to give birth and nothing. It will not progress even with a fresh install. 

So when the HECK is this getting fixed? If there waiting for the darn fairy stuff to launch to address this then at the bare min TELL US.
