So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran ...

I have the same problem! I don't dare play my game anymore with my pregnant sim because I'm afraid she'll give birth without having completed her 3 trimesters as I've read in other comments. She no longer has any negative effects from her pregnancy, her life bar goes down very little and she almost doesn't have a pregnant belly anymore... I hope this will be fixed for the new pack that comes out Thursday otherwise I don't think I'll buy it because it's not useful to have a new pack to not play it fully.
