this is so wrong and I can't believe I have to correct this (I was thinking of skipping to correct earlier).
After "Try for Baby" interaction, yes, there is no "pregnancy test" option when you click on the toilet. But you are wrong, the "pregnant test" option on the toilet will appear about few seconds after "try for baby", not immediately.
I don't consider this as a bug at all because there are a lot of options/interaction usually appear a few seconds after an interaction which is quite normal, it is quite normal that the game takes some time to process an interaction, especially if your lot is very full of items (your computer will take longer time to process an interaction in a lot full of items) and/or you are using a low specification computer to run the game.
In short, in conclusion, this is not a bug, the option "pregnancy test" does appear a few seconds after "try for baby" in my computer.
If this is so wrong, how come 99% of players are experiencing it? Sims show zero indications of being pregnant?? In my game, yes i have "try for baby" & "take pregnancy test" but my sims wont have a bump or a moodlet saying theyre pregnant.

- the original post was talking about having no option to take pregnancy test on toilet, you can be pregnant without having to take pregnancy test, you can have baby bump without having to take pregnancy test.
- it is not 99%, much lower. And I have no issue with it, totally no bug at all with latest update. Pregnancy test on toilet DOES appear a few seconds (NOT immediately) after "try for baby", I just RECENTLY like yesterday to 2 days ago (so not previous update), I did try for baby for 5 children (more than most people), there are options for pregnancy test on toilet, it only appears a few seconds after, not immediately. So no bug.
- you can select "change sim" on a closet or certain type of mirror, go to the part where you can change "make others pregnant" or "become pregnant". If the sim is pregnant, they won't allow you to change. If the sim is not pregnant, they will allow you to change that.
- "try for baby" is not 100% success rate for having a baby, it is 80% of having a baby.

No bug for YOU doesn't mean no bugs for EVERYONE. I understand there is an option for a pregnancy test. I'm talking about pregnancy in general. Its bugged. Everyone (apart from you & maybe a few) in this forum section can agree its the game that bugged.

I never say there is no bug for everyone.
I did "try for baby" for 5 children (which is more than most people did "try the baby" here), all has the option to take pregnancy test, so it is very weird.
It is not surprisingly that probably "half" the people here did not come back to the toilet to check few seconds after, as the option to take pregnant test doesn't appear immediately after try the baby, it only appears a few seconds after. The game takes some time to process the interaction, like I said previously, especially in the lot of full of functional items and decorations (it is laggy), and this is NOT the only thing an option doesn't appear immediately, this is NOT the only thing an option only appears a few seconds after, the game takes time to process them.
Maybe it is indeed a bug for some people after coming back to check after a long time (not immediately after), but it really doesn't matter, since you can check whether a sim is pregnant by selecting "change sim" on a closet or certain type of mirror, go to the part where you can change "make others pregnant" or "become pregnant". If the sim is pregnant, they won't allow you to change. If the sim is not pregnant, they will allow you to change that.
