to add on further on all my comments I said previously,
My 2nd child came from a pregnancy occurs from a Woohoo, not "try the baby", the option to take pregnancy test appears very long after the Woohoo, probably around 2 to 5 mins after the Woohoo. I already knew she is pregnant by looking at the "change sim" before taking actual pregnancy test on toilet.
Try the baby has much lesser time gap between interaction and option to take pregnancy test than woohoo.
