I’ve also had this issue, it wouldn’t let me take a pregnancy test on a toilet until I upgraded the toilet; I don’t know which upgrade triggered it because I did all three available. Afterwards my sim discovered she was pregnant and both her and husband have the moodlets for “new addition to family” yet she has no symptoms, bump or anything displaying a trimester. I do not use mods and have no CC
