Gotta love it when a patch/update literally breaks two bits of CORE game play functionality. "Why do people use third party mods?" THIS. This is why. Unfortunately, it's also why EA continues to pull this stuff. Because they know someone will complete the work WE PAID FOR in their stead.
That and they know they have a fanbase that will keep throwing money at them for broken content... Simmers seriously need to boycott new packs for a while.
