So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran ...

I have the same bug. Also since the enchanted by nature pack release update on 10th of July, all of townies that are pregnant do not have baby bump. They just walk like pregnant sim, just no belly. For me that wasn't happening before the update. I cannot currently check my own sim since my sims are not pregnant.
