No Pregnancy test to take & other pregnancy issues

So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran ...

I'm still having this issue. my sim has tried for a baby multiple times. i know it's not mods causing the issue but the take pregnancy test option is not available whatsoever. How long till this can be fixed??
