So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran ...

I had a vampire couple where the pregnancy test came up and then the female vampire had twins, but mysteriously, only one was there. Otherwise, no pregnancy test and I have MCCommand Center and can't use it in the game. Plus, no other mods show on the phone except for that stupid one in LoveStruck. Sim has to travel to other sim house and hopefully make a connection for no particular reason expect to be disappointed after trying to make baby. Please explain. Have spent hundreds of dollars on this game and if I could gently throttle someone there, I promise not to murder them.
