None of my sims can get pregnant, no matter what you do.
mrsironkirton Is the problem that the sims can't Try for Baby, or that they can't take a pregnancy test, or that they never end up pregnant no matter how long you wait?
If you use mods or custom content, please also test with your Mods folder removed.
