Yes, I’m also getting the same issue! My sims tried for a baby and I went to press the toilet for the pregnancy test option, but did not see it. I ended up having to use MC COMMAND CENTER to make her pregnant and she has all the moodlets for pregnancy, but I could not do it manually.
