So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran ...

After trying for a baby the option to take a pregnancy is not available. I have tried reloading the game several times and it still the option is still not there. I also took out my mods to see if that was the issue but the option still wasn't there.
