No Pregnancy test to take & other pregnancy issues

So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran ...

I'm having the same problem with and without mods. After the update I was playing without mods and wasn't able to take a pregnancy test, even with all the mods updated, I still can't take a pregnancy test. I've occasionally used MCC to start the pregnancy.
