No Pregnancy test to take & other pregnancy issues

So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran ...

I selected on the toilet and don’t get the options to take a pregnancy test, no mods or anything, I changed toilets and made them try in different places and it won’t work so I would like to know what I can do to fix it as well
