So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran ...

This has occurred in 2 households in the same save. I am getting a pregnant moodlet, the sim jumps out of bed with the sound of pregnancy announcement but the sim has not done any woo hoo/try for baby.
MCCC is showing no active pregnancies when I clicked on the sim for confirmation.
