My sim was on her second pregnancy and after confirming the pregnancy with the pregnancy test function, the sim never progressed to the next trimester. This sim has been stuck in pregnancy for multiple sim days with zero progression through the pregnancy. I attempted multiple cheats to force the pregnancy, none of them worked. I ended up having to reset the sim completely - this caused the sim to no longer be pregnant (per the information) however still physically appears to be pregnant and there's nothing I can do to fix it.
