So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran out of pregnancy test? did they all spoil befor the new shipment arrived?
On a smallbuissnes/resedention lot or how it's spelled.
Guys, maybe they DO need our save files to fix this bug. You guys want it to be fixed, right?

Ever since the recent update taking a pregnancy test is no longer an option it just says throw up and then you have to wait a few days for the pregnancy to be active. Please can you fix this bug because its messing with my game play and mods multiple people are having this issue. It isnt my mods as i have took them all off and tried repairing the game nothing has fixed it and on one of my Mod pages she says how the new update removed this from the game and that EA needs to fix it for it to come back.
I had this happen to me as well, and with the same sim on the same save. I originally thought that it was because I changed the gender thingy to where she could get pregnant and her partner could get her pregnant, since I had it reversed for their first 2 babies. After it didn’t pop up the second time, I went into cas to see if I made a mistake when editing her gender preferences and it told me that I couldn’t edit a pregnant sim, which told me what I needed to know, but I got out of cas and tried one more time to see if the pregnancy test would work, which it for some reason did that time!!

As for me, this pregnancy problem is not really that persistent for me. For example, I noticed that when a female Sim gets pregnant, you can't do a pregnancy test by clicking on the toilet. However, the behavior of a pregnant Sim gives hints that she is pregnant and she acts as if she is sick and bubbles with a rattle or cradle pop up over her. When she is still before the first trimester, her need for hunger does not decrease, as it was before. Additionally, the pregnancy notification does not pop up when the first trimester begins. However, if you go into CAS and want to change the gender of a Sim, if she is actually pregnant, CAS will not allow you to change the gender, as it always has.
Your game is not free to play and we have to buy it. So you could fix the bugs you created with the last update. It's not possible that you haven't been able to fix it for more than a week. It's also stupid that you don't test the game before adding a new update. Please treat the people who make your money with respect.

I have the same issue. Multiple sims. No option for pregnancy tests when clicking on the toilet (yes I'm sure i click on the toilet) - I own all packs apart from the one incoming - Adding a screenshot (it's in french - pregnancy test in french is " test de grossesse " - you can clearly see that the option isn't available (she just did woohoo with her husband). I do use Mods but i don't think it's related.
I'm experiencing the same bug. I made a screenshot showing my Sims and the toilet - you can see me clicking the toilet and the options i have (they are in french but pregnancy test in french is " Test de Grossesse - and we can clearly see this option isn't there) - Mods that i have is

From what I've heard, the newest patch update broke a few features like taking pregnancy tests and dragging trash and dishes to sinks, dishwashers, and trashcans.
