crinrict I noticed in another save that on game load (I think it was, was a few days ago), a 3rd trimester sim was missing the pregnant belly, changing outfit brought it back, changing back to the original costume it was missing again, and then doing something (save and restore to main menu? Move to another lot? I forget) fixed the lack of pregnant belly.

crinrict Here's a twist: gave birth (at the hospital), and after doing some stuff and going to sleep (skillful sleep, may or may not be relevant), my sim got up in her pajamas with a 3rd trimester belly. She did not change back into hospital gown at the hospital after giving birth, at least.
Pregnant belly persisted through an outfit change, but disappeared after saving/resuming from main menu.

I suspect this is related to the outfit issues.

Is anyone still seeing this ?

I have this bug now, too, and I just discovered a workaround!!! It does require the mod MC Command Center, though. If you have that, you can just change the Sims trimester (you can probably set it back to the current trimester after) and the belly changes/pops.

It's a bit unclear what was causing this.
Could you please post if you still see this issue.
