No save sims on front page

Wouldn't be a sims update without some weirdness happening 😅 this game's all over the place lol

I noticed that too, every time I get to the main menu things are different in the background. I had the phone girl in the window, then she was gone, then the yellow window disappeared, then came back with her in it, then she was gone again and the game version number in the bottom left hand corner keeps coming and going, now I don't have the simish letters in the background but last time I loaded I did and the notifications panels on the right load their proper pictures then they don't 🤷 

if it's Nvidia, you can update it via their application or website; also, if you've noticed a conflict between video drivers, you should resolve it.

godlikeharris​  I have many times with EA App, and repair game too. the only thing I think of could be my video driver, its old but 5090 driver don't play well with my 4080s

have you tried clearing the EA App cache ? select the three dashes in the top-left corner of the EA app. scroll to Help. click App recovery.

godlikeharris​  happy you got it working on your end. having no luck on my end 😥 all I get is background changes lol

i cleared the EA App cache again, and finally, my household appeared in their default pose on the main menu, both in the previous update where the issue first appeared and in the current one. so yeah, i think i fixed it this way

Did they resolve and include this with the bug fixes?
