Could you please provide the vanilla game LastException you get. 

You can find the file in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

• Delete the ones you have
• Trigger the error again
• Check if new ones are created
• If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

This is from a modded game. 

Can you re-test without any ? Thanks.

What? It shouldn't be. I took all my mods out, cleared my cache, and even started a brand new save just to test that.

Here- a second time. I've also included a screenshot of my mods folder to prove there is nothing in there if the last exception makes it seem like my game is modded.

I am also having the same problem but I am not playing a scenario. My sim can get to the screen where you decide which cut and what gem you want to select and accept, but nothing shows up in the queue.
