When a Sim has an official noble title obtained through marriage or through family inheritance/children, the Career Panel UI displays incorrectly.
The regular career is not missing. The Sim still has the career and can go to work normally, but in the Career Panel the regular career is rendered to the right of the noble title card instead of below it. Because of that, only a thin green strip of the career card/progress bar is visible on the far right side.
Expected result:
The panel should show the noble title card first, and the regular career below it.
Actual result:
The regular career is pushed to the right of the title card and is almost completely hidden.
Important comparison:
If I make the same Sim join the Noble/Aristocrat career, the panel displays correctly. In that case the layout becomes normal and both career sections appear in the expected vertical order.

Mods/CC: removed for testing
What I already tested:
Removed Mods folder completely.
Cleared cache.
Repaired the game in EA app.
Updated game files.
The issue still remains.
This appears to be a UI/layout issue, not missing career data.
Repro steps:
Have a Sim receive an official noble title through marriage or family inheritance.
Give that Sim a normal non-noble career.
Open the Career Panel.
Observe that the regular career card is rendered to the right of the title card instead of below it.
