My sim was at their small business lot, and the toilet caught on fire?? Definitely shouldn't be happening, she had one fire prior to that It was a stove fire yet she had full cooking skills (Wasn't a rental). No events or anything happened before these fires.
Just a thought, do you have Eco Lifestyle and installed the Compost Container upgrade on the toilet? You may have even done it by accident, i have to make sure my ghosts never do their upgrade on toilets because they will install that along with everything else. If the compost container gets too full, the toilet will catch on fire.
You sound so smart. I think I had some gnomes appear that started upgrading things and could have very possibly done that. I definitely will look into this, thank you!
