Community ManagerHi cerealedmilk If you check your Owned Content section in the Marketplace, is your pack showing as deactivated there?
I’m experiencing the same thing with Discover University. It says owned and downloaded, but when I go to access it in-game, it says deactivated
ambermadden42 Click the “pack selection” button in My Collection and reactivate it. Deactivated just means you own it and it’s installed, but it’s currently turned off.
