Paintings placed from gallery turn white when placed in different save

Game Version: 1.121.342

Issue: When loading a painting by ref to the gallery  and then placing them in a different save, they will turn white.

Repro Steps:

1. Create a painting by ref in save game A
2. Upload it in a room to the gallery/library
3.  Start a new save or load a different save
4. Place the room on any lot
5. Notice the painting turn white.
