Passerby Sims Randomly Wander onto my Lot in Newcrest

Hello once again.

I think there are pathing problems in Newcrest specifically. I have tried living on multiple lots there, but random passerby sims keep randomly walking onto my lot and loitering or using items that are outside my house and in my yard. I've had sims randomly walk onto my yard and use my pool, research my plans, or just play around on their phone until they decide to leave, and I cannot tell them to leave since they are not technically visiting, just wandering onto my property. It is quite bothersome and immersion breaking. I'm positive this is a bug with the pathing system in Newcrest. I would appreciate it is someone took a look at this. This is a report from a PlayStation player.
