Hello,
I have attached the file. I am not using gshade or reshade.
Not sure why your game seems to start in DX9 mode. Do you have that option checked in your game options ?
Try if it goes away doing that.
Do you only have issues on that lot ?

I have enabled DX9 because my PC runs too loud and hot in DX11 mode, so playing in DX11 mode is unfortunately not a suitable option for me. I will try and test the mode for testing purpose however.
So far I had the game crash at the public park, the empty pond lot and the uninhabited house in Sprucederry Grove.
I know of at least one YouTuber called SatchOnSims who had the same type of crash in Sprucederry Grove on video, if it's permitted I can link this video and time stamp.

Crashes are so very Individual so unless they report here with their DxDiag and confirm that they play vanilla, I wouldn't compare your crash to theirs.
I'm going to put this on review for Maxis to look into further.
Do let me know if it runs better in DX11.

I have now tested DX11, but the game crashed again after roughly 10 minutes.
