I have taken out all my weather mods already, but it is still occurring. I've cleared all my cache files from my system. This is a game problem, not mod related. First, it happened in Forgotten Hollow now it's in my Willow Creek Save game. Have a sim travel while Snow and Rain is turned off or just load a game in winter that has those options turned off. I do not want snow!! Quite irritating.
